A first class service from the very start

“Since 2017 we have been caring for a family member of ours who became ill … initially our relative was reluctant to accept any level of care and didn’t want to loose his independence, however, after a fall and becoming ill he eventually accepted 1 slot per day …. we have received care from this service in the Strabane area for the past two years and have been provided a first class service from the very start from the carers who work for NW Care …

We would say the ladies we have had coming in each day have all been amazing, very pleasant, show an interest in the lives of their clients and have made it a doddle for our relative to get on with, they listen to what his individual needs are each and every day, offering a great level of care and continuing to respect his wishes and dignity … so much so …. when the time came recently that his care package needed to be increased he refused to accept additional slots unless we were given the assurance that the carers would be allocated from the same company …. can I just say a heartfelt thankyou and show some appreciation for the work that these ladies do which has helped us immensely especially during the times of stress and when going through a time of not knowing how the situation would end up.

As well as the daily care we receive we can also say the regular monitoring and consultation we receive from team co-ordinators has also been to a excellent standard … all involved should be extremely proud of the work that they do … big pat on the back from myself and our family …. Highly highly recommended !! “
