JOB SUMMARY
– To organise and supervise the delivery of home care support services to Service Users in their own homes
– To work in a flexible and reliable manner in response to the needs of the service
– To manage a team of Domiciliary Care Workers
– To reinforce and ensure compliance within the Domiciliary Care Agencies Minimum Standards
– To ensure that a quality care service is delivered to all Service Users
