NWCare is a family run domiciliary care agency, serving the community in Northern Ireland for over 50 years. We are recruiting a temporary referrals administrator for a 12 month period to cover maternity leave.
The Referral Administrator receives, records and processes brokerage and private referrals, determines availability in conjunction with the Area Service Manager, requests, receives, records, stores and collates supporting Service User documentation.
Liaise closely with Brokerage Department and Key Workers to ensure needs are met in relation to availability of packages.
Searching for and/or entering related data into the computerised information system. Responsible for receiving, recording and distribution of all documentation in relation to Service Users through a central referrals system.
The Referrals Administrator is part of the business continuity plan and job roles may change according to business needs.
