We are seeking to recruit personal assistants with experience to provide creative support to allow a young person with a learning disability to reach their full potential.
As a personal assistant you will form part of a small team who will work a variety of hours on an 8-week rota pattern to include over nights.
As a Personal Assistant you will be helping with personal care and offering support with cooking and general day-to-day life routines and activities. This young person enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle and requires personal assistants who enjoy being in the outdoors and walking in all weathers.
We are seeking positive, assertive individuals who are emotionally resilient and able to manage challenging behaviours and are willing to make a long-term commitment to this specialised and complex care package.
Specialised and specific training will be provided and all personal assistants will receive supervision and management support.
