Have at least 18 months experience in a care setting

QCF Level 2 in health and social care or working towards or willing to work towards

NISCC registration or awaiting registration

Excellent communication skills

Well organised and methodical

Able to demonstrate good management and leadership skills

Able to work under pressure

Computer literate

Full driving licence and access to a vehicle

Enhanced AccessNI check

Right to work in UK

QCF level 3 in H & SC
