Paulina Cares about Belfast

Pozdrów Paulina – Paulina is part of our care team in the #Belfast branch and has been working with us for around six months…

New to Health Care, Paulina had a background working in catering and decided to make a change.

“For ten years I did a number of different catering jobs here and I did enjoy them, but there comes a time when you want to try something else and I thought I would like to try and help people here, and I am so glad I did”.

Paulina moved from Poland to Northern Ireland in 2007, #NWCare and the City of #Belfast are lucky to have her.

Have you any guidance for someone considering care?

“I think people should definitely consider doing it, especially if they are not happy in their current job or looking for a fresh challenge. Personally, I really like to see the smiles on clients faces when we come to help them, it feels nice and it has been really good meeting new people”.

In a short time working with #NWCare in Belfast ,Paulina has proven herself to be an extremely professional and hardworking carer, she has made such a significant difference to communities across Belfast, and we are very proud to have her as a colleague ?
