Handyman

NWCare is a domiciliary care agency serving the community in Northern Ireland for over 50 years. We have seven branches across N Ireland and we are looking to recruit a handyman to work 7.5 hours per week.  

The successful applicant will be expected to travel to any branch where maintenance is required - mileage will be paid.  You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

The role will include

• Conducting basic maintenance in NWCare branches
• Providing repair guidance
• Cleaning and tidying of outside spaces
• Performing repair assessments
• Completing minor repairs and furniture assembly
• Undertaking various odd jobs such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry or painting

The successful applicant will be required to travel to all seven offices, when the need arises.

• Full UK driving licence
• Access to a vehicle
• Own tools
