Due to expansion of service we are delighted to announce that we are recruiting a Receptionist/Administrator for our Rathfriland branch.
Job Role:
Reception duties – meeting and greeting staff and visitors to NWCare. Answering calls, taking accurate messages and referring to relevant staff.
Supporting relevant departments in administration. Photocopying documents. Administering PPE to staff.
Referral administration duties - reporting to the Registered Manager, in accordance with established guidelines.
Administration duties are searching for and/or entering related data into the computerised information system.
Responsible for receiving, recording and distribution of documentation
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office
- accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed
- knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
- knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
